1) Select the size of the ad you would like to place (see chart below).

2) Fill out the below form in its entirety and click submit. We will receive a copy by e-mail.

3) Immediately upon submitting the form, you will be directed to a confirmation page. Please print this page and mail it with a check to following address:

4) We recommend you print a second copy of the confirmation page for your records.

5) We grant exclusivity on the ordering of a full page ad, subject to its  availability of course. The front and inside covers are sold out and the rest are going FAST! Do not be left out. Order your ad now by filling and submitting the form below!
